Artworks Pricing Policy

Transparency and consistency are core principles of the "Harmony in Motion" philosophy, not only in our creations but also in the way we connect with our collectors, galleries, and partners. This policy establishes the framework for valuing Roberto Sayas' artworks, ensuring fair and consistent treatment across all sales channels.

Fundamental Principles:

1. Uniform Pricing Across All Channels:

The price of a specific artwork will always be the same for the final collector, regardless of whether it is acquired through our official website, a physical gallery, or an online art platform such as Singulart or Saatchi Art. We believe the work should be valued consistently in the market, thus protecting the trust of our clients and the value of their investment.

2. Valuation Factors:

The price of each piece is carefully determined by considering multiple factors, including:

The cost and quality of the materials used (precision components, durable metals, etc.).

The technical complexity and design of the piece.

The time invested in the conceptualization and creation process.

The artist's trajectory, exhibition history, and market demand.

3. Limited Edition and Unique Works:

Unique Pieces: The price of each unique work is fixed and will remain constant across all sales channels. Once sold, the work will be marked as "sold" on all platforms.

Limited Editions: The price of limited-edition works may increase as the edition sells out. This standard practice in the art market reflects the growing scarcity of the remaining pieces and benefits early collectors.

4. Commissioned Works (Bespoke):

Commissioned works have a personalized quotation process. The price will be established in a formal proposal that details the conceptualization, materials, complexity, timeline, and all associated costs, before the creation process begins. Commissioned works are not eligible for returns.

5. Commitment to Galleries and Partners:

We deeply value our relationships with the galleries and platforms that represent us. Uniform pricing ensures that our gallery partners can offer our works with the confidence that the price will not be undercut by other sales channels. Public sale prices already account for standard market commissions.
