The Solaris Series emerges from a profound admiration for the sun and the vast beauty of natural landscapes.

Originated in Lima, Peru, where the sun holds ancient significance for the Inca culture, and nurtured in Maracaibo, Venezuela, where the sun is a vital motif for life. The artistic journey is infused with the energy and vibrant emotions inspired by these two distinct yet harmonious environments.

Conceived as a “Study for the Sun” in 2016, the series took a transformative turn after creating a piece for the Arte Laguna 2020 Exhibition. The exploration of the hues, ebbs, and flows of Venice city during this endeavor led to the evolution of the Solaris Series.

Warms palettes, reminiscent of sunrises and dawns, characterize this meaningful series.

Dilligent, precise, mathematical, symmetrical and geometrical artistic performances. Each piece is a contemplative study of the interplay between light and landscape, capturing the essence of the sun's radiance and the dynamic beauty of surroundings.
